General Terms and Conditions for Accessing Our Services

To ensure a smooth experience and clear understanding, we have established the following general terms and conditions for accessing our services:

1. Payment: All services must be paid for before or at the time of service. THSI does not provide credit. We offer the following payment options:

- Cash: We accept cash payments for your convenience.

- Transfers: You may make payment through bank transfers.

- Cards: We will also accept card payments in the future, although please note that a 4% transaction fee will be charged for card transactions.

2. Intake Discovery Process: The Intake Discovery process is a crucial step in your journey with us. It requires a significant amount of time and expertise. As a result, it must be paid at the time of booking. We kindly request your understanding in this matter. Please note the following:

- No-shows and Rescheduling: Unless there is an unavoidable emergency, we do not reschedule no-show appointments. We value the time of our practitioners, as well as other members of the sanctuary. Respecting appointment times ensures that everyone receives the attention they deserve.

- Consideration for Others: Taking time away from other members and the sanctuary is not considerate. By adhering to your scheduled appointment, you help us maintain a well-functioning and harmonious environment for all.

3. Treatment Process: After the discovery session, Dr. Smith will provide an outline of the expected treatments and the estimated time required. Please be aware of the following details:

- Individualized Approach: We believe in a personalized approach to treatment, recognizing that each individual's organism is unique. Dr. Smith's expertise will guide the most effective treatment plan tailored to your specific needs.

- No Treatment Plans: We do not provide standardized treatment plans as we prioritize individualized care and adjust treatments based on your progress and response.

4. Treatment Charges:

- Rate: Each treatment is charged at a rate of one dollar per minute, converted up in local currency. This ensures transparency and fairness in billing.

- Duration: Treatments can vary in duration, ranging from as short as 30 minutes to longer sessions of 60, 90, or more minutes. Sessions are billed per started 30 minutes. Please note that the initial intake session can last up to 3 hours.

5. Membership and Treatment Rights:

- Reservation of Rights: We reserve the right to revoke membership and/or deny treatment, ensuring the best interests of our members and maintaining a conducive environment for healing.

- Membership is required to access our services. Membership agreement is made at the time of intake. A 1USD fee must be paid in cash in local currency.

- Safe and Inclusive Space: Our Sanctuary is committed to providing a safe and inclusive space for everyone. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards violence, abuse of any kind, and discrimination. We expect all individuals to treat others with respect and kindness.
